By Official Order of the Mayor:
All ghouls, goblins, witches, ghosts, superheroes, princesses, zombies, villains, and all other creatures of the night, are to report to the streets of Wellston on Saturday, October 31st from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
We ask that the citizens of Wellston not be alarmed as these creatures are only seeking chocolates and other sweets. Motorists are asked to use caution during this time.
The City of Wellston is providing this notice to inform the public that the Limited Environmental Review (LER) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Wellston Sanitary Sewer Separation Project have been completed by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Financial Assistance.
This review determined that the proposed project will not have a significant impact on the human environment. The document is being made available for public information and review in accordance with applicable funding and environmental review requirements.
