💧✅ Boil Water Advisory Lifted – City of Wellston ✅💧

The City of Wellston has received the required water quality test results, and all remaining boil water advisories have now been lifted.

Residents who were under the precautionary boil water advisory due to low water pressure or water outages may now resume normal use of their water without boiling.

We would like to thank our residents, businesses, and visitors for their patience and cooperation throughout this water emergency. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our utility crews and emergency personnel who worked tirelessly to locate and repair the leak, restore service, and ensure the safety of our water system.

All customers may now return to normal water usage.

🚨 Boil Water Advisory Update – City of Wellston 🚨

The City of Wellston is pleased to report that water service has been restored following the repair of the major water leak.

✅ The city-wide boil water advisory has been lifted for customers who did NOT experience low water pressure or a loss of water service during the water main break.

⚠️ Customers who experienced low water pressure or no water during the break MUST remain under a boil water advisory until further notice.

If you were affected by low pressure or a water outage, please continue to boil water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and food preparation.

Water samples are being collected and tested, and we will notify affected customers as soon as the boil water advisory can be lifted.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation throughout this incident and thank our utility crews for their hard work in restoring service.

💧 Water System Update – Repair Complete 💧

We are pleased to report that the major water leak has been located and successfully repaired. City crews worked diligently to address the issue, and the water tower is now gaining water and will continue to recover throughout the night.

We expect all customers to have normal water service restored by tomorrow morning.

⚠️ Please remember that the City-Wide Boil Water Advisory remains in effect at this time. Residents should continue to boil water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and food preparation until further notice.

PUBLIC NOTICE: BOIL ORDER

🚨 CITY-WIDE BOIL WATER ADVISORY & WATER SERVICE UPDATE 🚨

The City of Wellston is currently responding to a major water leak that is causing low water pressure and water outages in portions of the city.

A CITY-WIDE BOIL WATER ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR ALL WATER CUSTOMERS.

Residents are advised to bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, or preparing food.

City crews are actively working to locate and repair the leak and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

We understand the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience and cooperation. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.
