Mayor Anthony Brenner visited the Wellston Intermediate 3rd grade classroom today to speak about the responsibilities of the mayor’s office and of local government.
The biggest subject of interest today was the new trash truck, of course!
Mayor Brenner would like to thank the students, teachers, and other members of staff for the invitation and looks forward to meeting with the kids in the future.
As the City begins to prepare for the mowing season, we ask that ground-level decorations at Ridgewood Cemetery be removed by March 15, 2023. This includes grave blankets, flowers, wreaths, etc. Decorations and flowers ATTACHED to monuments are allowed. We thank you for your advanced cooperation in this matter. If you arrive at the cemetery and find that your decorations are already gone, there is a good chance the recent high winds have blown them away; the Cemetery Crew will NOT dispose of any decorations until AFTER the March 15th deadline.

Food Truck registration ensures the welfare and safety of the citizens of Wellston. We also hope this is a first step into establishing a Food Truck Lot in the City Limits in the near future.
Single day and full-year licenses are available and are due on March 16th. Please see Ordinance 2022-60 for all applicable fees.
