The Treasurer for the City of Wellston is an elected position.
The Treasurer is responsible for:

The receipt of all city funds

The disbursement of city funds upon warrant of the City Auditor

The disbursement of payroll checks, and
-
The investment of all excess funds not needed for daily operations to earn income for the city and its citizens.
